Three CI veterans will introduce you to analytic tools or methodologies that have practical value to information professionals. To aid the learning process, participants will work through a case study using a well-known industry or companies to demonstrate the analytical process of each tool. The presenters will provide analytical templates that can be used to organize, evaluate and analyze business information and provide guidance to the attendees on when and how to apply the techniques. This session will benefit attendees as they learn new ways to collaborate with their internal corporate peers and develop analytical conclusions to support marketing, sales, strategic planning and product development in their respective companies.
