Traditionally, public libraries have had to be many things to many different users. In this session, speakers from public libraries will talk about their successes and challenges in tailoring services to meet the needs of their very specialized user communities ranging from vulnerable youth in Africa, homeless populations in urban settings, to a vibrant entrepreneurial community.
